Pricing
Every price we charge
is on this page.
No packages, no "contact us for a quote," no number that changes depending on how your business looks on paper. We count what the job involves, line by line, and each line has a published price.
The cheapest quote we give is often nothing at all
Most owners are already paying for features they've never switched on. If the thing you want fixed is sitting unused inside software you own, we'll show you where it is and you can turn it on yourself. If a $40 add-on solves it, we'll name the add-on. We'd rather lose the job and be the person you call next time.
Quick estimate
Two questions, and you'll know the range.
This is the same range Joseph works from on a first phone call. It's here because you shouldn't have to book anything to find out whether this is in your budget.
Typical one-time cost
Pick both to see a range
This is the same range Joseph would give you on a first call. The exact number comes from the free audit, counted line by line.
The full menu
Everything, with its price.
Open whichever part is relevant to you. Your quote is built from these lines and nothing else, so when you get it you can check our arithmetic.
Why there's a range
A pipeline for a one-truck shop and a pipeline for a company running three crews aren't the same job, even though they're the same line item. During the audit we count what's actually involved and land on one number inside the range. You see that number before anything starts.
Bigger teams cost more
The prices above are for a business of 1–2 people. From 3–9 they're 25% higher, and from 10–25 they're 50% higher. More people means more work moving through the system, more hands touching it, and more that breaks. We'd rather print that here than bury it in a quote.
These are parts, not products
Nobody buys one line off this list. A real job stacks six or ten of them, which is why a single row can look odd on its own — $50 to change a label reads strange until you see it sitting inside a $2,000 rebuild. The smallest job we take at all is $250, and if what you need is genuinely smaller than that, we'll show you how to do it yourself instead. Once you're on Care, most small changes stop being invoiced at all and just come out of your monthly allowance.
Worked examples
What that adds up to.
Plumbing, 4 people
Catching the calls they miss
A text goes out within seconds of a missed call, works out whether it's an emergency, books the ones that aren't, and pages someone for the ones that are.
$1,800
Then $225/mo to keep it alive
Field service, 4 people
Software they own, finally set up
No new tools bought. Two pipelines rebuilt, three built-in automations switched on, a broken accounting link repaired, 3,000 records cleaned, then a walkthrough.
$2,400
Then $150/mo, or nothing at all
Same shop, three months on
They opened a second location
Calls now route by area, a second calendar gets connected, two messages get rewritten, and the instructions get updated.
$250
$563 of work, $313 covered by their plan
Continuum Care
The monthly side.
Optional, and priced the same honest way. You pay for what we're actually responsible for, not for a tier with a name on it.
What we look after
Minimum $150/month. Software you run yourself isn't counted, because we're not responsible for it.
How much change you want included
Unused change allowance doesn't roll over. Anything past it gets quoted from the menu above before we touch it, never after.
What Care is actually for
Software mostly sits there working. What doesn't hold still is your business. You add a service, hire two people, hit a busy season, and a vendor pushes an update that quietly kills an automation you depend on. Care means someone other than you notices. It isn't insurance you hope to never use, it's the arrangement that keeps the system matching the business it was built for.
Paying for it
No surprises in here either.
Deposit
Under $1,500, it's half up front and half when it's done. At $1,500 and above, a 25% deposit and the rest at delivery. Nothing starts until the agreement is signed and the deposit has cleared.
Spreading it out
The delivery balance can be split across 1 to 6 months, with a 5% fee on the financed portion. You choose the length at delivery, and you get the system that day. First payment runs 30 days later.
If the job grows
We stop and show you three choices: swap something out at no extra cost, leave it for later, or approve a new number in writing. Nothing gets added to your bill without you saying yes first.
Ways the price comes down
Up to half off your first job
In exchange for committing to 12 months of Care. Billed monthly like normal, never up front. If you leave early, the discounted part becomes due.
15% off if you're on Care
Applied to any new work while your Care is active.
10% off for coming back
On new work after a previous job.
One discount at a time, never stacked. Care itself is never discounted, and the software you buy is never marked up. You pay your vendors directly, on your own card.
