What We Do
We run the software side
of your business.
Setting it up properly, connecting it together, building the parts that don't exist, and keeping the whole thing alive as your business changes.
We start with what you already own
Before anyone talks about building something, we go through the software you're paying for and find what's switched off. It's usually a lot. That part of the job is cheap, fast, and it's often where most of the problem was hiding. Only after that do we look at what genuinely needs building.
The work
Six kinds of job.
Most engagements are a mix of two or three of these. Every one of them has published prices on the pricing page.
01
Setting up your software
Your CRM, field software, or phone system configured around how the work actually moves. Pipelines that match real life. The built-in automations you're paying for, switched on and aimed at the right people.
02
Connecting your tools
A booking lands and the calendar knows. A job finishes and the invoice writes itself. Where two systems need to stay matched in both directions, we handle who wins when they disagree.
03
Sorting out your records
Duplicates removed, formats made consistent, dead records archived. If you're switching platforms we move everything across without losing history. Automation built on messy data just multiplies the mess.
04
Custom automation
For the things no platform will do. A missed call at 11pm that gets answered, sorted for urgency, then either booked or escalated to whoever's on call. Built around your business, not a template, and never before we've checked whether something off the shelf covers it.
05
One place to see everything
A dashboard pulling from every system you run, at your own web address, on your phone if you want it there. No vendor will ever build you this, because showing you their competitors' numbers isn't in their interest.
06
Making sure you can run it
A live walkthrough, recorded so your crew can watch it later, and written instructions per system. We never cut this to make a number look better. A system you can't operate is a system you'll abandon.
Where the line is
What always stays human.
Final decisions. Real conversations with your customers. Judgment calls. Anything where trust is the actual product. We take the repetitive work off your plate so there's room for the work that needs you in it.
There's more on how we decide what to automate and what to leave alone in the Human-First Policy.
Industries
Who this fits.
The pattern matters more than the trade. If you run a small team, pay for a few platforms, and something keeps slipping through the cracks between them, this is the shape of problem we handle.
Home & field services
Missed calls, dispatch, reminders, invoicing, review requests. The phone ringing while everyone's on a job.
Real estate
Lead intake, list management, follow-up that doesn't die after one attempt, two CRMs that need to agree.
Agencies & practices
Intake, onboarding, pipeline, reporting. The admin that eats the day you meant to spend on client work.
Anything repeatable
If the same steps happen more than a few times a week, there's usually a way to stop doing them by hand.
Tools
We're not tied to anyone.
No reseller deals, no kickbacks, no platform we're quietly incentivised to put you on. We pick whatever combination genuinely costs you least and fits best, and you buy it directly on your own card.
Sometimes that's one platform doing several jobs. More often it's two or three cheaper, purpose-built tools connected properly. We'll show you the monthly cost of both routes during the audit and you choose.
Common ground includes GoHighLevel, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, Notion, QuickBooks, Stripe, Twilio, OpenPhone, Google Workspace, Calendly, and the rest of the usual suspects. Custom work runs on n8n. If a tool has an API, it can be connected. The software has never been the hard part.
