When your business changes, the system has to change with it.
Care means someone other than you is responsible for keeping it all working. It's optional and monthly. You can leave with two weeks' notice.
Why a set-up system slowly stops fitting.
A set-up platform mostly sits there working. What changes is you. You add a service or hire two people before a busy season. Then a vendor pushes an update that quietly kills an automation you stopped thinking about.
Every one of those pulls the system out of line with the business it was built for. Care is how it gets pulled back.
You pay for what we're responsible for.
No tiers with names. A bigger system has more that can break, so it costs more to watch. Team size doesn't change any of it.
Minimum $150 a month. Software that only exists to run something we built is already inside the five percent, never charged twice.
All optional. Unused allowance doesn't roll over, and we'll tell you that at signing.
What's in, and what isn't.
Written into your agreement every time. A fuzzy line here is the most common way these arrangements go wrong, in both directions.

Starting and stopping
Care starts the day after signing, billed monthly in advance. One month minimum, then month to month. Either of us can end it with 14 days' notice. You can pause up to 30 days a year with a week's notice, and your systems keep running.
If a payment is late
A nudge at day 16 and a heads-up at day 22. At day 29, monitoring pauses but your systems keep running. There are no late fees. Repeated late payment is a conversation, not a penalty.
Never discounted
Care is the one thing we don't discount, for anyone. It's where the reliability lives, and cutting its price means quietly cutting what it does. Build work gets discounted instead.
Care comes after a build, never before.
Start with the free audit. If there's nothing worth doing, we'll say so, and there'll be nothing to look after.
