Real systems that run every day.
Production builds for real businesses. Everything on this page runs on a schedule and replaced work someone used to do by hand.
Chris Buys Houses
Two systems that never agreed.
Chris runs a high-volume operation across two CRMs. Sold properties weren't getting flagged the same way in both. Call outcomes from the dialer never made it back to the source records, and the database needed a daily cleanup nobody had time for.
The hard partOne of his platforms has no public way to automate what he needed. Most agencies would stop there. We studied how the platform behaves when a real person clicks through it, then built the system to work with it the same way a logged-in user would. Nothing crosses any line. The platform sees a normal session.
What we builtTwelve workflows run on a schedule and report to one alert hub. Both CRMs stay in sync without anyone touching them. Sold status flips both ways, and every call and text attempt writes back where it belongs. The database sorts itself every morning, before the team logs in.
Example records. The sold flag and the call results move both ways on their own.
Twelve workflows, four jobs.

Keeping sold status honest · 3 workflows
Daily sold sweep. Finds every property with a new sold date and marks it sold across the system. Deals stop slipping through as active after they've closed.
Sold, source to dialer. Matches each newly sold property to the right contact in the dialer and moves it to the Sold stage. Anything that can't be matched lands on a review sheet instead of disappearing.
Sold, dialer to source. When the team marks a deal Sold in the dialer, the source record gets the same flag by itself.
Activity that logs itself · 2 workflows
Call results. When a call ends in the dialer, the outcome writes straight back to the source record. Correct number, wrong number, no answer or do not call. Manual updates went away.
Attempt counts. Every call and text attempt bumps the matching counter on the source record, so outreach history stays accurate in both systems.
A database that sorts itself · 4 workflows
Top priority tags. Each morning, the hottest properties get flagged first. Sold properties are skipped.
Second-tier tags. The next layer down, with a confirmed-correct phone number. Anything already tagged is left alone.
Overlap cleanup. If a property ends up with both tags, the lower one comes off so the top list stays trustworthy.
List cleanup. Pulls properties off the platform's default lists so the team works only the lists that matter.
The reliability layer · 3 workflows
Login keeper. Keeps the system signed in around the clock. Sessions renew before they expire, so nothing stops because a login lapsed.
Shared helper. Every workflow sends its requests through one helper that retries when access expires and reports clean results. Most hiccups fix themselves.
One alert channel. Every workflow reports to a single Slack channel. If anything needs attention, we see it, usually before the client does.
We use what we build.
