Who We'll Hire as We Grow
Systems Operator
Contracted, indefinite. Configures client software, builds and maintains the automation around it, follows the SOPs, and owns whether it all keeps running. The hands on everything.
Systems Consultant
Runs the free audit, counts and scopes the work, and stays the client's point of contact through delivery. The role closest to what Joseph does today.
Admin & Systems
Keeps documentation, access controls, and internal processes clean. The role that makes everyone else faster.
Other Roles
Quality assurance, client success, content. As the work demands them. We hire for what's actually needed, never for the org chart.
What We Expect
The Standard
- You do what you say you'll do, document it, and get better over time
- Monday through Friday primary work. Weekends only for emergencies
- Daily health checks by cutoff. Incidents acknowledged fast
- Tools: n8n, Notion, and whatever the client already runs on
- Pay tied to what you deliver and how reliably you show up
