Ongoing Support

Building the system is one thing. Keeping it running, reliable, and improving over time is another. That's what Partnership is.

This isn't a support ticket queue. It's an active, contract-based agreement where we take ongoing responsibility for your automations. We monitor them daily, fix issues when they come up, and improve them as your business changes.

What's Included

  • Daily health checks on your systems, Monday through Friday
  • Alert monitoring and same-business-day triage when something breaks
  • Weekly operational updates and a monthly performance report
  • A dedicated Slack channel and partner dashboard for direct access
  • Recommendations when your tools or business needs change

What's Not Included

New automation builds are scoped separately through our Origin Build process with full step-by-step pricing.

Changes and improvements to existing workflows are handled through our Workflow Elevation system at $100 per point. Every action is documented, and the minimum is $25.

Both receive a 10% partner discount on the final total for as long as your partnership is active.

Response Standards

For critical issues, something impacting your revenue or a live production failure, we escalate immediately. Troubleshooting starts within 30 minutes during business hours with a target resolution of 4 hours or a clear ETA and mitigation plan if it takes longer.

Non-critical issues are triaged same or next business day. Weekend coverage is limited to critical issues only.

How It's Set Up

Partnership requires a signed Partnership Agreement. First month's fee is collected via Stripe before activation. Your dedicated support team is assigned and monitoring begins within one business day.
