Our Work

Real Systems. Running.

Production automation built for real businesses. Every system on this page runs on a schedule, handles live data, and replaced work someone used to do by hand. This page grows as the work does.

Try It Yourself

Don't just read about it. Break it.

We build full working systems for fictional businesses so you can test them like a real customer would. No signup, no sales call. Just use it and see what it does.

The Work, Documented

Each engagement gets written up here. What the business needed, what we built, and what changed.

Scope12 workflows, both CRMs synced in both directions

Chris runs a high-volume operation across two CRMs. Sold properties weren't getting flagged consistently between systems. Call outcomes and activity counters from the dialer weren't writing back to the source records. And the database needed daily organization that nobody had time for.

One of his platforms doesn't offer a public way to automate the actions he needed. Most agencies would stop there and tell him it can't be done. We studied how the platform behaves when a real user clicks through it, then built the system to work with it the same way a logged-in person would. Nothing crosses any line. The platform sees a normal session.

From there we built the bridge. Twelve workflows, all on schedule, all reporting to one alert hub. Both CRMs stay in sync without anyone touching them. Sold status flips both directions. Every call, attempt, and text writes back where it belongs. The database organizes itself every morning.

Twelve Workflows, Four Jobs

Tap any workflow to see what it does for the business. Plain language, no jargon.

Keeping Sold Status Honest  ·  3 workflows

A daily sweep finds every property with a new sold date and marks it sold across the system. Deals stop slipping through as active after they've closed.

DataSiftSlack

Each newly sold property gets matched to the right contact in the dialer, and its opportunity moves to the Sold stage automatically. Anything that can't be matched lands on a review sheet instead of disappearing.

DataSiftGoHighLevelSheets

When the team marks a deal Sold in the dialer, the source record gets the same flag on its own. Both systems agree, always, in both directions.

GoHighLevelDataSift

Activity That Logs Itself  ·  2 workflows

When a call ends in the dialer, the outcome writes straight back to the source record. Correct number, wrong number, no answer, do not call. Phone status flips on its own and manual updates go away.

GoHighLevelDataSift

Every call and text attempt logged in the dialer bumps the matching counter on the source record. Outreach history stays accurate across both systems without anyone typing a thing.

GoHighLevelDataSift

A Database That Sorts Itself  ·  4 workflows

Runs each morning and tags the hottest properties. Anything on the client's hot lists or stacking up on four or more motivation lists gets flagged top priority, with sold properties skipped automatically.

DataSift

Tags the next layer down. Properties on three or more lists with a confirmed-correct phone number, plus priority list matches. Skips anything sold or already tagged so the tiers stay clean.

DataSift

If a property somehow ends up carrying both priority tags, the lower one gets removed so the top-priority list stays trustworthy.

DataSift

Pulls properties off the platform's default auto-lists, like Free & Clear and High Equity, so the database stays focused on the lists the team actually works.

DataSift

The Reliability Layer  ·  3 workflows

Keeps the system's access alive around the clock. Sessions refresh themselves before they expire, so nothing ever stops because a login lapsed.

DataSift

Every workflow routes its platform requests through one shared helper that handles authentication, retries automatically when access expires, and reports clean results either way. Most hiccups fix themselves before anyone notices.

DataSiftSlack

Every workflow reports to a single Slack hub with consistent, readable alerts. If anything needs attention, we see it immediately. Usually before the client does.
