Automation Operator
Contracted, indefinite. Builds and maintains client systems, follows SOPs, owns operational reliability. The hands that keep everything running.
Automation Consultant
Bridges clients and operators. Runs discovery, scopes work, supports handoffs. The role closest to what the founder does today.
Admin & Systems
Keeps documentation, access controls, and internal processes clean. The role that makes everyone else faster.
Other Roles
Quality assurance, client success, content. As the work demands them. We hire for what's actually needed, never for the org chart.
What We Expect
The Standard
- You do what you say you'll do, document it, and get better over time
- Monday through Friday primary work. Weekends only for emergencies
- Daily health checks by cutoff. Incidents acknowledged fast
- Tools: n8n, Notion, Slack
- Pay tied to what you deliver and how reliably you show up
