Continuum Care
Your business moves.
The system has to move with it.
Care is the standing arrangement that someone other than you is responsible for keeping all of this working. Optional, monthly, and you can leave with two weeks' notice.
Software doesn't drift. Businesses do.
A configured platform mostly sits there working, so "maintenance" undersells what this is. What actually happens is you add a service line, hire two people, hit a busy season, and a vendor pushes an update that quietly kills an automation you'd stopped thinking about. Every one of those pulls the system out of line with the business it was built for. Care is how it gets pulled back.
What it covers
Four layers.
Watch
Automatic alerts on everything running, a health pass on managed software every weekday, and checks for what a vendor update quietly changed. Credentials and connections kept current before they expire rather than after. Carrier and compliance renewals handled. Everyone gets this.
Fix
Same-day response on business days when something breaks. Most of the time we've already seen it before you have, because the alert reaches us and not you. Everyone gets this too.
Change
A monthly allowance in real dollars, spent on whatever you want changed. A new message, a retimed reminder, another number on the dashboard, a new branch in a workflow. Priced off the same published menu as everything else, so there's never an argument about what a request counts as.
Improve
Once a quarter, 45 minutes on what's changed in the business and what the system should be doing differently. Not a status update. Small things come out of your allowance, bigger things get quoted like any other job.
The cost
You pay for what we're responsible for.
No tiers with names, no percentage of what you spent originally. We count what's under our care and that's the number. If you manage a platform yourself, it isn't counted, because we're not responsible for it.
Under our care
Minimum $150/month. The same whether you have two people or twelve, because upkeep is upkeep.
How much change you want included
Unused allowance doesn't roll over, and we'll tell you that at signing rather than when you find out. Anything past the allowance gets quoted before we start, never after.
Boundaries
What's in, and what isn't.
Written into your agreement every time. An undefined line here is the most common way this kind of arrangement goes wrong, in both directions.

Starting and stopping
Care starts the day after signing, billed monthly in advance. One month minimum, then month to month. Either of us can end it with 14 days' notice. You can pause up to 30 days a year with a week's notice, and your systems keep running while you're paused.
If a payment is late
A nudge at day 16 and a heads-up at day 22. If it reaches day 29, monitoring pauses but your systems keep running. There are no late fees. Repeated late payment is a conversation, not a penalty.
Never discounted
Care is the one thing we don't discount, for anyone. It's the part where the actual reliability lives, and cutting its price means quietly cutting what it does. Build work gets discounted instead.
Care comes after a build, never before.
Start with the free audit. If there's nothing worth doing, we'll say so, and there'll be nothing to maintain.
